Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Within the United States

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT fees, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $25 (U.S. orders)

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Skin Metals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Skin Metals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
