Skin Metals Pricing Policy

At Skin Metals, we are dedicated to offering our customers premium products, outstanding service, and competitive prices.

Price Adjustment Policy:

  • Prices with a strikethrough or comparable prices on our website indicate the original listed price of an item. While the item may have been listed at this price, it may not necessarily have been sold at that price.
  • Savings displayed reflect the possible reduction from the original price and may not be based on actual sales.
  • Discounts and promotions apply only to selected items or collections, not all products across the brand or category. For instance, a sale on necklaces may be limited to a specific style or collection, not all necklaces offered by Skin Metals.
  • If the price of an item is further reduced within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the price difference upon confirmation of the original purchase.

Definitions of Pricing Terms:

  • Clearance: Items labeled as "Clearance" have been permanently reduced in price and will not return to their original cost.
  • Sale: Items marked as "Sale" are available at a reduced price for a limited time and will typically revert to their original price after the promotional period.
  • In some instances, a "Sale" item may later become a "Clearance" item if we decide to permanently lower its price.
  • Original prices may not always have been in effect during the previous 90 days, and intermediate price reductions may occur before an item is cleared from inventory.

Sale and Clearance Availability:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are available only while supplies last and may be limited in quantity. These items may not be restocked once sold out.

Promotional Codes and Discounts:

  • Skin Metals may issue promotional codes ("Promo Codes") that can be redeemed for discounts on selected products.
  • Each Promo Code is subject to specific terms, such as:
    • One-time use or availability for multiple uses during a specified time.
    • Non-combinable with other offers or rewards programs.
    • Valid only if issued through official Skin Metals communication channels.
  • Promo Codes must be used for their intended purpose and cannot be duplicated, sold, transferred, or shared publicly unless explicitly allowed by us.

Errors and Corrections:

  • While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and descriptions, errors may occur. Skin Metals reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, including canceling orders with incorrect pricing or descriptions, even after an order has been placed and accepted.
