What materials do you use?

Implant-grade titanium, 316L surgical stainless steel, and 14k gold — all safe for fresh and healed piercings, all built to last. No cheap alloys, no shortcuts.

What gauge and sizing do I need?

Gauge depends on your piercing type and what's currently in it. Most nose piercings run 20G–18G, cartilage and labret pieces run 16G, and belly/nipple/tongue jewelry runs 14G. Not sure what you've got? Check our Gauge Chart & Size Guide for the full breakdown in gauge and millimeters.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Titanium and 316L surgical steel are both nickel-safe and built for sensitive skin — ideal if you've had irritation with lower-quality jewelry before.

How do I care for new or healing piercings?

How fast do orders ship?

Orders are handled within 2 business days, then shipped based on your selected method at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy?
