Refund policy

At Skin Metals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of body jewelry and hygiene standards, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

For health and safety reasons, body jewelry that has been opened, worn, tried on, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns may be accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the item received.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected for your refund to be processed.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened body jewelry

• Worn body jewelry

• Customized or personalized items

• Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
