Are your plugs and tunnels sold in pairs or individually?

At Skin Metals, all plugs are sold in pairs, meaning the price displayed is for two plugs. Exceptions include tapers and specific body jewelry, which are sold individually. Always check the product description for clarity.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account has its perks! Registered members can save their shipping details for faster checkout, track previous orders, and print invoices. Plus, we offer a rewards program for account holders—so we recommend signing up!

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. For U.S. orders, track your package on USPS.com. For international orders, tracking will update once your local delivery service takes over.

What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?

If the order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately to correct the address. If the package is already in transit, it may be returned to us as “Undeliverable.” Once returned, we can reship it to the correct address (shipping fees apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

First, use your tracking number to check the status. If your package appears to be lost, contact us, and we’ll help you find a resolution. Note: USPS occasionally has delays but usually delivers successfully.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened items in their original packaging. Opened or used items are non-refundable. If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue.

How do I make a return?

Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can:

  1. Use a prepaid return label ($5 deducted from your refund).
  2. Return the item yourself (tracking is recommended).

We process refunds within 2-3 weeks of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Why can’t I return opened jewelry?

To ensure the highest hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items. This guarantees all customers receive brand-new, unworn jewelry.
