Refund Policy
We stand behind every order. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety standards, body jewelry that has been opened, worn, tried on, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@skinmetals.comwith your order number and photos of the item. We'll resolve it fast.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened or worn body jewelry
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
